I have had the pleasure of working with Dawn on several key projects over the past several years. One project was the development of SELFwork: Inner Pathways to Sustainable Employment and Life Fulfillment. This 10-session group-based program supports women who face multiple challenges in finding meaningful employment. The program provides holistic pathways for self-discovery, self-awareness, and self-empowerment, all of which provide stability and confidence, setting participants on a trajectory toward sustainable employment and greater life fulfillment. Dawn provided guidance and support in curriculum development for the program as well as design and development of program materials including the Facilitator Guide and Participant Workbook. The finished product is a complete off-the-shelf program that can be easily implemented in the community. As always, Dawn was a pleasure to work with on this project.
